Overview

This project was a residential 4-bedroom semi-detached property, extended to the rear and into the loft space. The property had been affected by extreme fire damage that compromised the properties structural stability.
CTC were contracted to complete its part demolition, reconstruction, and refurbishment. The project had to be coordinated and phased into floors to assist in maintaining the property’s overall stability.
This project proved testing and required a lot of planning and specialist contractors were called upon to assist during the project. Insulation was added to all external walls, between studs and joists to make the property more energy efficient therefor reducing its carbon footprint for the future.
