The Olive school uses part of the college to cater for nursery children between 1-4 years of age.
Within the Olive school we coordinated the installation of specialist toddler washrooms, specialist safety doors inclusive of finger guards, vibrant furniture and colourful paint finishes. Externally we created a safe fenced off play area and installed a specialist entry system to create an exclusion zone. All items fitted were compliant with the child safeguarding legislation.
The toddler washrooms were specially designed, and materials sourced from a supplier specified by the client. All works were completed, and technical drawings were followed prior to delivery of the specialist materials, so the washrooms were ready for installation, and deadline could be met.
CTC Building Services took on this project at late notice and in addition to another active project within the college.
The project was completed outside of term time, where necessary we coordinated nightshifts with the college to allow the relevant trades to complete works within the scheduled timescale.
