In-fitness is a friendly member-only gym established in 1993. Due to the gyms continued growth the size of the premises had to increase to facilitate the members. CTC was contracted to convert a 3,500 ft2 empty office space into a state-of-the-art gym. CTC worked closely with the gym’s owner and architects to assist with the gyms design, modelling, and fitout. From shell and core, we introduced service and lighting design, Air Conditioning, shower, toilet, and kitchen facilities along with various training areas. Blockwork walls were painted, keeping an industrial vibe to the area, whilst acoustic ceilings and vibrant colours were added.
In fitness now houses more than 650 members and is available 7 days a week in Upminster.
